WHY ARE THE NEGATIVE IONS ON THE NEORON CLOTHINGS NOT WASHED AWAY AND CAN BE PERMANENTLY EFFECTIVE?
You must first understand the scientific principles behind it. Friction between two materials generate static electricity, some are "positive static electricity" (oxidizing cells), and some are "negative static electricity" (good for the body). NEORON fibre clothing itself has no negative ions. It is the superior fibre techology which constructs the structure of this fibre, such that when it rubs with any material (whether it is skin / other clothes on your body), it will produce high density negative static electricity, (because if the density is low, there is no health effect). So in theory, even if the NEORON clothing is left with one strand of fibre, it still can produce negative static electricity after rubbing.
WHY DOES NEFFUL NOT SELL THE PRODUCTS IN RETAIL SHOPS BUT USE THE DIRECT SELLING BUSINESS MODEL?
The NEORON product characteristic requires active after-sale service from the Introducer to the new user.
If there is no active follow up (eg. to advise whether the density is sufficient/ or check if the clothings are diligently washed/changed), the full benefits of the products could not be felt. In fact, the direct selling model allows more people to experience the products and is not limited by geographical boundaries.

IS NEORON PRODUCTS PRICING EXPENSIVE?
Neoron‘s production technique is extremely valuable. The research and development cost spent in developing the fibre and production technique, and its continuous effort to enhance the technique contributed higher cost to the product.
Moreover, all productions are done in Japan to ensure the highest quality, which adds an import cost to the product as well. However Neoron products are no comparison to any regular garments in the market. By following careful maintenance instruction, any Neoron products can last for more than 10 years. In addition, from the health perspective, Neoron products help maintain our health conditions and promote longevity.

IS THE PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR EVERYBODY? IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECT?
Anything with living cells can use NEFFUL products including pets. NEFFUL products which are only made in Japan has been in the market for more than 45 years (a long time by any measure) and its many good testimonials can be validated. Except for users who are having some high blood pressure condition and need to slowly increase the negative ion density, all users can use the full set to experience it.
WILL I DEVELOP OVER-RELIANCE ON THE PRODUCT IF I CONTINUE TO WEAR IT FOR LONG TERM? I HAVE ALREADY IMPROVE MY HEALTH CONDITION AFTER WEARING NEGATIVE ION WEAR FOR SOME TIME, CAN I STOP USING IT?
Negative ions itself are already existing in our mother nature.
However due to rapid urbanization of our living environment, like more high-rise buildings, increasing electromagnetic radiation (think WIFI and Mobile usage) and increasing electricity usage, the negative ions that exist in the city air's environment are decreasing. Just like doing regular exercise, even if our health have improved after using, we should continue to wear it (do exercise) to help build up our immunity against disease. HOW DO YOU PROVE THAT THE NEORON FIBRE CAN GENERATE NEGATIVE IONS?
The Negative Ion Density can be measured with electrostatic tester (Note: The negative ions density will vary with the environment humidity/temperature, etc, and the negative ions from the dry winter products will be stronger). There is also professional certificate & laboratory report, which is recognized by the Japanese chemical industry. According to the experimental report of the Japan Industrial Research Institute, the NEORON fibre can produce strong Negative static electricity (ie negative ions) when there is material friction.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO WASH THE NEORON CLOTHINGS? MUST I USE THE NEFFUL DETERGENT TO WASH IT?
For Normal Users with no major health condition: Very convenient! Just like regular clothes, it can be washed daily (For Blanket: please wash it once every 1-2 weeks).
For Users with health condition, due to higher toxic purge from your body, please change clothes more regularly. (esp Users who are on long term western medication/ and imbalance auto-immune system). For better results, recommended change every morning and night. (For Blanket: Initially, please wash it once every week. After 3 months, it can be washed every 2 weeks).
It is highly recommended to use the NEFFUL detergent so as to ensure the high tech fibre- NEORON is not damaged after washing. Recall that the negative ion is generated by friction with the fibre.
The NEFFUL Bio Clean detergent is a highly refined concentrated detergent that contains the "Protenlytic Enzyme. It was certified that the detergent does not contain any fluorescent whitening agents or benzene and phosphorus. The gentle detergent also does not contain bleach, softener and antistatic agent, thus will not damage the delicate NEORON fibre
I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT THE NEORON PYJAMAS, WHY DO I STILL NEED THE NEORON BLANKET?
Among all the NEORON products, the blanket can generate the Highest density of negative ions, with >100,000 negative ions per CC of air. It is at least 3times more than the NEORON clothing. When wear many layers of NEORON clothings plus using the blanket, it will achieve the multiplier effect and ensure that your body is surrounded high density of negative ions. WHEN I FIRST STARTED USING THE PRODUCT, I CAN "FEEL" THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PRODUCT. BUT AFTER SOME TIME, I DO NOT "FEEL" THE DIFFERENCE. IS IT BECAUSE THE EFFECT HAS DIED DOWN?
Initially, the improvement of blood circulation and detoxification cause the user to feel the difference in product. However, after sometime, the user will slowly adapt his body into the "clothing" environment and cause him to feel less difference. It takes a long time for the body to adapt to the improvement of blood circulation without feeling.
This is similar to human doing exercise, eg. running. People who never exercise will have experience sore body/aching when they complete their run after the first day. But after running regularly for a long period of time, they will not experience this soreness/aching as their body has adapted to this condition.
No feeling does not mean the product has no effect.
NEGATIVE IONS CAN PROMOTE BLOOD CIRCULATION IN BODY, THEN WILL IT INCREASE THE BURDEN ON THE HEART AND BODY?
Negative ions not only can improve blood circulation, but also purify the blood, rejuvenate cells, balance autonomic nerves and build up immune system. Improve blood circulation does not make the heart beat faster and increase blood flow, hence there is no burden on the heart. Moreover, negative ions do not accelerate the blood flow indefinitely but accelerate to a normal amount, hence there is no burden on the body.
WITH THE BLOOD CIRCULATION INCREASE DURING NIGHT SLEEP, DOES IT HARM THE BODY?

I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, CAN I SKIP THE MEDICINE AFTER USING YOUR PRODUCTS?

Many NEFFUL users improve their health condition gradually, and was advised by the doctor to reduce or totally stop the medication.
DOES NEGATIVE ION RELEASE HARMFUL RADIATION TO OUR BODY?
Our negative ions are generated by skin friction or by the pulse of the human body. They resonate with the human bio-electricity and are of the same effect as the negative ions in the air. IS THE PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT USER?
For ladies who have used the NEORON products before pregnancy can continue to use it. It will promote fetal development. However, it is not recommended for pregnant ladies to start using negative ion products to avoid unnecessary complications.
IS THE PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR NEWBORNS/ YOUNG KIDS?
Definitely, NEORON product is suitable for 0 to 120 years old. It can help in the child's development especially in brain and bone development.

CAN NEGATIVE IONS CURE ILLNESS AND WHAT TYPE OF ILLNESS?
The unique NEORON fibre generates negative static electricity and negative ions through friction while provides warmth and comfort. Nefful products may help to improve lifestyle for healthy living, but they do not have healing capabilities.

Our NEORON product is NOT powered by electricity, but by object friction which produces natural negative ions.
